Our Current Wines
We offer a captivating selection of hand-crafted wines, ensuring you’ll discover something that perfectly matches your taste preferences.

El Rosado
El Rosado, The rosé, is crafted exclusively from grapes cultivated in our vineyards right in the heart of LA County. We harvest the grapes at lower sugar levels to create a Provence-style rosé that’s perfect as a chilled refreshment on hot summer afternoons or for pairing with lighter lunch or dinner fare. Beautiful notes of jamaica (hibiscus) and strawberry.
For added convenience, this wine is also available in 12 oz. cans, making it an ideal choice for picnics and outdoor activities.
Stainless steel fermentation, unfined/unfiltered, 12.0% alc./vol.

Verdelho
An extremely refreshing white wine with some of the characteristics reminiscent of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc (think grassy, gooseberries and guava) yet bright acidity marked by citrusy notes. Enjoy this wine chilled with your favorite ceviche, fish taco or light fare. Better yet, stock up on Verdelho in can when preparing for that special picnic.

Blanc du Califas
Blanc du Califas is a Rhone style blend of two mainstay grapes, Viognier and Grenache Blanc. Both grapes were sourced from the Templeton Gap just south of Paso Robles, a cool weather site capable of producing nuanced wines. The Viognier adds mouthfeel and aromatics, while the Grenache Blanc adds bright acid and fruit to make this a great wine to have chilled with anything from fish tacos and ceviche, to shellfish and salads.

Cotes du Califas
A beautiful Rhone style blend inspired by the grapes that whisper to us. The name is a play on words from the Cotes du Rhone blend, featuring grapes from the Rhone Valley. Califas is the Chicano slang term for California. This particular blend is 50 % Syrah grapes from New Creations in Templeton and 50% Grenache grapes from Ranchita Canyon, northeast of Paso Robles. The structure and silkiness of Syrah is lifted by the vibrancy and bright red fruit of Grenache. This wine has been enjoyed by many, and is our current favorite. We are thrilled to share this wine with you. It can be paired with anything from spicy Mexican and Thai food to hearty meat dishes.

Tempranillo
A classic Rioja wine, these Tempranillo grapes were sourced from Hollister and fermented in 50% whole cluster before being aged in new French oak. The result is a big wine suitable for barbecue and heavy cheeses. This wine is still young and a bit tight, but should be good for another 5-10 years. People who enjoy big Napa Cabs will like this wine.

Grenache
A fruity, aromatic medium bodied red with vibrant hints of raspberry, patchuli, deep candied cherry and beeswax. An extremely food friendly wine because of its spicy and balanced characteristics.
